Up until now, my life can be separated into 3 parts by the respective geographical locations they each took (or are taking) place; Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Japan. At this juncture in time, I can’t help but look back fondly to my time in the UAE from time to time. I did not have the time of my life there, but it was where I spent my years of physical and mental growth. With this post, I would like to rewind the clock and look back to my time there, how I spent it, what I tried and so on, in the hopes of learning anything that I may have missed, making peace with it, and moving on.
